Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $220 CAD. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Estimated Delivery
* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product branding on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Power Peptides Canada is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@powerpeptides.ca if you need to update your address before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at support@powerpeptides.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
